YOUNG ABF ANNOUNCEMENTS 05-30-09

PRAYER'S:
Cruz- Owen is scheduled to have eye surgery this coming Friday, June 5th.
Tolbert- Friends son, Austin Jistel (12) was shot in the eye with an air soft BB. He is slowly regaining his vision, but may have permanent damage.
Hale- Melissa's aunt, Sherry Saddler, mental and physical abilities are gradually declining due to brain tumors/radiation. She can no longer care for herself.

ANNOUNCEMENT'S:
ABF/Mission's- Sat. June 13th a.m. Community Clean Up
Pre School Partners- Thank you to the Murphy's for serving tonight, we need someone to serve next week...any takers??? Please let me know. Thanks Theresa.

Fearful Silence

ABF Family,

 

I hope eveyone has enjoyed a great Memorial Day weekend.  The weather held out and it was beautiful.  I really appreciate the discussion in class.  We need to be aware that we live in a post-christian society and we need to subrscribe to God's plan not man's plan.  Have faith, sacrifice and serve for the sake of the Gospel. 

 

So we are finishing up our study in Mark.  What an icredible study about Authentic Discipleship.  I hope everyone learned a lot and are changed because of the time we spent in Mark.  Please take the time to study the Word and have a blessed week.

HALE- Melissa's aunt was released from the hospital. (side effect of radiation)
SANDERS- Closing on sale of house is Friday 5/22; Pray that everything goes smoothly

ELLIOT'S- John and Jerusha sold their house in 8 weeks
COX- Sonja got a full time teaching job in Royce City for the new school year
