Praises & Prayers 6/7/08

YOUNG ABF ANNOUNCEMENTS JUNE 7TH, 2008

Special thanks to the Brooks Growth Group for providing yummy snacks and drinks tonight and for greeting incoming visitors.

Prayer:
Pfliger- Kurt broke and dislocated his ankle today and is in great pain. Swelling will have to go down before they can proceed further. Pray for healing and relief of the pain.
Wickham- Bob's father is still very ill and not doing well, please keep their family in your prayers
Maritnson- Friend Jennifer, pray for help with move, for her health and stress leading to high blood pressure and for summer arrangements for the three children, Jared, Kate and David.
(Cindy will be going over every Tuesday night in the month of June to help unpack and organize and would love help, if anyone can offer some time she would love it.)
VBS- prep. is this week- preparing details, lessons,activities, the workers energy, the children's hearts

Leadership Meeting: Growth Group Leaders meeting tomorrow June 8th, 11-1 at the Cox's please bring a appetizer. (If the leaders can not attend please have someone from your group attend, thank you)

Missions: June 22nd trip to Arlington church to worship with another church; July 10th the Prda's leave for Russia; Food of the month for June is canned beans (varieties)
